the similarities between HMT, Children of Men and Minority Report are, the government is always watching. in the ‘HMT’ they were watching through the group of people called “the eyes” in Children of Men it was through consent and intense surveillance cameras every where and in Minority report it they were watched through surveillance as well as eye scanners and used the pre coges to predicts the future. In V for Vendetta the government had heavyy surveillance placed curfews and audio surveillance
